GOD bless America!

Happy Fourth of July to all Americans. Since the Fourth of July is a celebration of America and all things American, i would like to extend this greeting to my family and relatives who have called America their home for the past 2 decades.

This is the day to thank such a great nation for entrusting a good part of the BPO industry to our country. Thus providing jobs and a bright future to so many of us. We appreciate the trust you have given to us filipinos and especially those who are presently in your country.

God bless you all on this day! Cheers!

a Gift...

There is no such thing as a self made man..
everything is a gift.
What you are is God's gift to you...
...what you become, is your gift to God!

The truth about forever...

... is that there's no such thing.

Forever only exists in Heaven..

People fall in love. But may fall out of love.

We try to mask our emotions. But get found out eventually.

Material security is never a guarantee.

Even if we think we are at our peak, our health fail us too.

The only forever I know is God and my relationship with Him.

I'm pretty excited!

I was writing a possible blog entry yesterday when Josh, a colleague of mine happened to pass by and noticed what I was doing. He was kind enough to teach about how to register my site on to google/adsense.
I don't consider myself a good writer but just the fact that my site will be accessible by the public got me really excited. I had heard that there are people who actually buy blog entries.
Thank you, Josh for sharing! God bless you!

There's a dream of someone...

Never give up. Life is what you make of it and the chances we take and the choices we make will determine the kind of life we are destined to live.

Having had my heart broken has brought about more blessings than I can ever imagine. For one, it has brought me closer to Jesus. It is one thing to say how good God is, but it is another thing to get up in the morning and be able to say, "i love you, Father God" and really mean it from the bottom of your heart. I never believed I would reach a point in my life where I could appreciate God and realize how I'm blessed with so much wisdom and understanding, but I do now.

Having gone through the pain of shedding the most bitter tears from losing a baby has also made me discover how strong I am in the face of adversity and tragedy as long as I am open to all the lessons and apply them through each experience.

I have learned to be calmer no matter what, to be kinder, compassionate and more patient towards everyone. Traits that I could only wish for in the past.

I am far from ready in getting into another relationship. I am afraid that It will hurt the same way it did. But I have not turned cynical about love nor on the possibility of falling in love again.

If two individuals are truly meant to be together, I believe their joy will be complete and they will be an inspiration to each other to become better people while the love they have for each other will permeate all throughout their lives and on the lives of even their children's chidren. God has to be in the center of the relationship for it work out, for the marriage to be blissful.

There's a dream of someone far away. And each time he comes to mind, I see clearly that the odds are high and it seems as if I'm reaching for the stars, but then again, I believe God will make it happen and he will turn my way if it's truly meant to be.

His Will be done.

Everything starts with God and ends with God.

Looking Ahead

Pay it forward..

Kindness - give it to somebody else if the person you intend to give it to is not interested.

Hope - it is said and proven that prayer changes the hearts of people. Keep praying.

I had a sort of "funny" and comforting visualization the other day. That there were two of me and each one acquiring the exact opposite chracteristics from the other.. It then gave me a feeling of relief when I imagined that my ex met and dealt with the mean side of me and he was not able to meet the other one who is nice and good. In short, he got to know the wrong person. I know that past is past and that I will never be able to make right what I did wrong. But, i can do better in my next relationship.

I will stop crying for him. I need to take care of me.
Paying it forward.

Clutter

Over the weekend, I have been able to muster enough courage to finally take the first step in clearing my life of unnecessary baggage. I got rid of all the clutter in my room. Not only did it provide a sense of "freedom" but most importantly , it gave me a sense of control over my emotions and selfishness.

What is even more amazing is the fact that when I went through my hotmail just a few moments ago, i saw that the title of the email i got yesterday from Food for Thought was, "Sorting Out".

Yes, it really is liberating to be freed of all clutter: materially, emotionally and even spiritually.

No questions asked...

"Lord, I believe, please help my unbelief; I don't understand, please help me understand."

4 months since the breakup, here I am still hurting for having lost the possibility of becoming a mother.

I have learned that no matter how much we try, if it is not part of God's plan for us, it will never materialize, it will not happen.

Only GOD knows. He knows what's best for him and He knows what's best for me.

I only need to trust God that the best will come to me at the right time...

In His own perfect time.

the only important guiding principle in Life

Wait on the Lord.

He has said,
"be still and know I am GOD".

We are in a hurry but God is not.

All comes at the proper time to him who knows how to wait.

I have learned that if you have a plan, God also has a plan - and your plan doesn't count.

Insights from my broken heart

Put GOD first and foremost in your life...

...because it is He who will give you your heart's desire of True Love's kiss!

So i whisper to my inmost being - don't worry... the right one will come, and you'll know when it does!

Just a question

What is love supposed to really feel like?
